A few things you might be wondering

Which sizes and matching lids can I choose?

Choose the size on the product page, then check its dimensions and matching accessories. Cup capacity alone does not tell you which lid fits. If you’re unsure, tell us which cup you’re ordering and we’ll help you match it.

Can I mix products in one order?

Yes. Add different products to one request, or start with a packaging set. Minimum quantities and packing are confirmed for each product, so they may differ across your order.

Can you create my design, and what files do you need?

Yes. Our in-house designers can work with finished artwork, a logo or a new idea. Send what you have and we’ll confirm the file requirements, layouts, revisions, charges and timing before work begins.

Can one sample carry my own artwork?

Ask us about your chosen product. Single samples and printing your own artwork depend on the product and manufacturing method. We’ll confirm what’s possible, the cost and delivery time. Sample quantities are separate from production minimums.

What do previews and samples cost?

We’ll confirm the cost and turnaround before you order either. A digital preview shows how your artwork will look; a physical sample lets you check the actual product. Samples are not automatically included in a production order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We offer low MOQ options. The minimum depends on your product, size, construction and printing. Check the chosen product’s options, or tell us the quantity you need. Your quote confirms the minimum, items per pack or carton and the full total.

Are printing, setup and design charges included?

Your quote separates the product and printing price from any setup, design or sample charges. It also shows delivery and whether VAT is included or added, so you can check the complete cost before confirming.

How does quantity affect the unit price?

Ask for two quantities of the same product and print specification. We’ll show the per-item price and total for each, including any available quantity discount.

How long do production and delivery take?

Production typically takes around 1 week after final artwork and specification approval, depending on quantity. Standard sea transit is around 60 days, giving an overall estimate of about 9–10 weeks. Artwork preparation and any sample stage take additional time. Your order confirms the schedule.

Can I choose Express delivery?

Yes. Choose Express air freight on the product page or in your basket. We target delivery in under 1 month overall where available, at an additional cost. Availability, your delivery date and the full charge are confirmed before you commit. Tell us if you have a specific deadline.

What is checked, and how do I report a problem?

Every unit is checked for the agreed construction and finish, with material, dimension, print and accessory checks relevant to the product. Finished boxes are double-checked against your order before dispatch. If there’s a problem, send your order reference, photographs and product details so we can review it with you and agree how to put it right.

Can I reorder an approved design?

Yes. Send the previous order reference or approved artwork and specification. Tell us what to repeat and what’s changing. We’ll confirm artwork availability, current pricing, quantities and delivery before you place the new order.
