More about production & delivery

Before you decide

Coffee cup questions,
answered.

Still choosing? Tell us what you serve and we’ll help with the details.

Which coffee cup size should I choose?

Start with the drink sizes on your menu: 8 oz for smaller coffees, 12 oz for regular drinks and 16 oz for larger serves. These are nominal size labels. Check usable capacity and your recipes against a sample before choosing.

What is the difference between single, double and ripple wall cups?

Single-wall cups have one paperboard layer and may need a sleeve for hot drinks. Double-wall cups use a second layer and an insulating air gap. Ripple cups have a textured outer layer for grip and insulation. Choose around your drinks and how they are served.

Can I order plain cups or add my own branding?

Choose Plain or Branded in the options above. For branded cups, choose single-colour or full-colour printing, tell us your artwork starting point and attach a file if you have one. Cup templates and the final print specification are agreed before production.

What artwork files can I use?

You can attach a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB, in this preview. Print-ready vector artwork is helpful for clean logos; our team confirms the correct cup template, image quality, colours and bleed. A file attachment is not an approved print proof.

Can you help if I only have a logo or no branding?

Yes. Our in-house design team can develop your logo into a cup layout or help you start from an idea. Select your starting point above. The scope, deliverables, revisions, final charges and turnaround are agreed in your brief.

Do the lids come with the cups?

Lids are optional. Tick Add matching lids to add one lid for every cup and choose black or white. Cup and lid fit must be checked together: a nominal cup size alone does not guarantee compatibility.

What are the carton sizes and minimum quantities?

This preview uses 500 cups per carton, with plain orders starting at 500 cups and branded orders at 1,000. Order in multiples of 500. These are provisional shop settings; final packing and production minimums depend on the approved specification.

Can I see a sample and approve the design first?

Ask us about a physical sample for your selected cup and whether an own-artwork sample is possible. Sample availability, cost and delivery are agreed separately. Branded orders require an agreed final proof and any required sample approval before production.

How long will production and delivery take?

Production typically takes around 1 week after final artwork and specification approval, depending on quantity and the product. Standard sea transit is around 60 days, so allow approximately 9–10 weeks overall. Express air freight targets delivery in under 1 month overall where available, at an additional cost. Artwork preparation and samples, if ordered, take additional time. We confirm availability, your delivery date and the full charge before you commit.

What material and lining will my cups have?

Paperboard, the beverage barrier lining and the outer construction are confirmed in your product specification. Ask for product-specific performance and disposal information. Recycling or composting suitability depends on the exact cup and the collection facilities available.

What does your quality guarantee mean?

Quality comes first at PAQVO. Our dedicated team in China works with trusted manufacturers and factories to check every unit and double-check each finished box before dispatch. Every unit is checked for the agreed finish and construction. We check materials, dimensions, printing and matching-lid fit as relevant to your product, and double-check finished cartons against your order. If something is not right, share your order reference and photographs. We will review it with you and agree how to put it right.

Can I reorder the same cups in a different quantity?

Keep your approved artwork and product reference. Share them with your PAQVO contact when you reorder, together with the new quantities or any changes. Ask which artwork and specifications are retained and confirm pricing and timing for the repeat order.
