Which sizes and matching lids can I choose?
Sizes and compatible lids are specific to each product. Every product page lists the available sizes, materials, dimensions and matching lids or accessories, along with pack quantities, print options and minimum order quantities.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. You can add plain and printed products to one basket or one quote request. Each configuration stays as a separate line, so sizes, quantities and artwork remain clear.
Can you create my design, and what files do you need?
Yes. Our in-house designers can work from finished artwork, just a logo, or a new idea. For artwork uploads we accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPEG files. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) usually give the sharpest print.
Can one sample carry my own artwork?
For some products, yes. Ask about a single sample and we’ll confirm whether your artwork can be applied, along with the cost and timing for that product.
What do previews and samples cost?
Digital preview and sample charges depend on the product and the work involved. They are always confirmed with you before any work starts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product and by whether it is plain or printed. Each product page shows its pack or carton quantity and minimum order before you buy.
Are printing, setup and design charges included?
Your price breakdown lists printing, setup and any design charges as separate lines, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How does quantity affect the unit price?
Larger quantities usually lower the price per item. Product pages and quotes show how the unit price changes across quantity bands for the same specification.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
Each price clearly states its VAT treatment. Delivery charges are shown at checkout, or confirmed in your quote for printed and bespoke orders.
When does my production lead time start?
Your quote sets the approval milestone that starts production lead time — for example, approval of your final artwork proof or sample. You’ll have a PAQVO contact for progress updates at each stage.
What is checked, and how do I report a problem?
Every carton is checked. Cup-level checks follow the inspection plan agreed for your production batch. If there is a problem, send your order reference, photographs and product details and we’ll investigate with our team in China.
Can I reorder an approved design?
Yes. Reorder from your account or share your order reference. We’ll confirm the approved artwork and specification, and you can change quantities or add products.
