Our team in China works directly with our manufacturing partners, so questions can be raised and resolved at the source.
What is checked
Checks cover materials, dimensions, construction, printing, finishing and packing, according to the actual product and the inspection plan agreed for your order.
Every carton, and an agreed inspection plan
Every carton is checked. For cups, cup-level checks follow the inspection plan agreed for the production batch. Your plan sets out what is covered and at which stages.
Client to confirm: inspection stages, sampling levels and the photographs or reports customers receive.
If something is not right
Share your order reference, photographs and product details. We will review it with you and agree how to put it right.
